Expanding specialist vehicle hire company based in Uxbridge are looking for a recently qualified accountant who can take our specialist vehicle hire business forward.

Reporting to the Directors

Some of the job requirements required :-

- Recent and relevant experience of producing management accounts
- Production of forecasts
- Analysis of variances in the management accounts
- Month end duties: Reconciliation of provision accounts, stock accounting, sales accounting, System reconciliations, controlling balance sheet/trial balance accounts
- Preparing monthly financial presentation to management team,
- Presentation of the monthly Financial report
- Assist in the annual budget process.
- Maintenance and control of the management payroll
- Dealing with Payroll and expense claims
- tax deductions
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Delegation of general accounts duties to admin staff

The Person requirements

- Communicate with all levels of management and personelle effectively
- Analyse and question business financial information to ensure accuracy
- Assist non financial departments with ad-hoc financial issues
- Supervise workload of bookeeper and any other admin staff.
