Must have experience with the following:

Intercom and access control systems
Electronic locks
Fire alarm systems
Periodic Inspection reports
Movement sensitive lighting systems and switches
Electronic gates and door openers
Ability to chase wiring and finish off basic plastering and clearing up upon completion.
UK Drivers License essential
Must be able and willing to log work on our in-house computer systems.
