Sales Assistant

Shop Assistant
O’nitaa Ltd is a new fashion hub where you can find the best Asia has to offer. Showcasing pieces from the leading high end Asian fashion designers all under one roof in Central London. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and professional shop assistant who has a passion for clothes, great relationship building skills and can be tidy and organised. You must have immaculate presentation and loads of energy.

Your main duties include:
*To look after customers when they are in-store, be attentive and available
*To always be ready to answer questions and find items for customers ie. On designers and services we offer
*To give advice and information ie. On upcoming events
*To keep the store looking to a high standard at all times
*To handle payment for customers’ purchases
*To maintain accounts up to date using excel and word documents

Skills
*To be able to show a good degree of numeracy and literacy
*To be able to work with excel and word documents
*To be flexible to multi-task
*To be able to be friendly and polite, even when tired or, under pressure
*To be able to follow instructions correctly
*To be confident when giving advice and information

Working Hours
From Monday-Saturday 11am to 7pm

Experience
*To be able to show experience of dealing with the public and handling money
*Preferably from a retail sector in a fashion or clothing store

You will be provided with full training on all duties.
