CITY CAFé Westminster, part of the award winning CITY INN Contemporary Hotels is recruiting a passionate individual to join our outstanding kitchen brigade as a CHEF DE PARTIE.

As a CHEF DE PARTIE with CITY CAFé, you will be passionate about quality, fresh ingredients and delivering excellent dishes. Professional and committed with a focus on detail, you will have the opportunity to continue to develop your skills across all corners of the kitchen whilst showcasing your talent for cooking. An excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience. You will already have gained at least 2 years experience within a quality stand alone restaurant or hotel environment within a similar role, and ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 or be working towards this qualification.
