Childrens entertaining / activity / party host crew!

We are looking for fun loving individuals able to provide an exceptionally high level of customer service and interaction with our children and visitors in our busy childrens entertainments center based in fulham/chelsea

we have three areas we are currently recruiting for;

1. ENTERTAINMENT TEAM

Can you host parties and help provide daily entertainments such as balloon modelling, facepainting, story book reading, arts and crafts , running our in store fun rides, and eventually multi train to cover all departments within this busy site. We need confident and bubbly people able to demonstate initiative , self motivation and really make the memories fantastic for our childrens birthdays and make every visit a fab experience ! Its vital that applicants are able to show a confidence in interaction with children of all ages , - and of course parents ..... bigs kids apply here

2. RECEPTIONIST

Friendly and efficient receptionists with a talent for sales and proven record of high level of customer service in a demanding environment - able to welcome our arriving guests with a smile and a chat - and run a highly secure check in / out computor system - also database growth and input , upselling , giving out information , and answering enquireys , booking birthday parties and till systems - Individuals must be capable of worthriving in a pressurised environment, managing queues and customer queries - as well as multi tasking, and using initiative. Must be able to speak fluent english as communication is key in this role

3. BARISTA/DELI TEAMf -

Candidates must be competent in a demanding café service environment and cash handling, must have excellent customer service skills and out-going personality with can do attitude. Experience with a manual coffee machine is essential. Must be able to work under pressure in this busy childrens indoor play center and enjoy interaction and working towards sales targets, and able to speak fluent english as communiaction is key.

Part time / full time positions are available - we are open Monday to Sunday from 9am untill 7pm and shifts would be based around those hours dependant on your availability. Perminant positions required asap - rates start from £6.15 p/hr.. ...keep tips

Applicants must be fluent in english, and be able to communicate to a high standard as communication is key in our business. Applicants must also have proof of valid permit to work, and national insurance number. Please be aware working in a center with large volumes of children and parents can be a noisy and busy environment - if you looking for a peacefull working environment this isn't the job for you, but if you thirve in a busy environment where every day brings new challenges this is the role for you!
