The house is a 4 bed semi detached in Hendon Central. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard so everything is new. There is a wireless 8mb broadband connection. The kitchen has a gas oven, washing machine, large fridge freezer, and a new microwave. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. There is a tv socket in the room so if you want to bring a tv for your room you can have a perfect signal.

Transport links are very good, Hendon Central tube station on the Northern Line is 7 mins walk(25 mins to Central London), Hendon rail station also 5-7 mins walk. The 113 bus stops within 1 min walking distance from the house. There are other bus service next to the tube station going to Golders Green and elsewhere. The N5 night bus service stops at the tube station, coming from Central London.

There is a 24 hr Tesco and large Sainsburys 5 min bus ride away, a Somerfield within 3 mins walking distance. Lots of local shops around tube station. Brent Cross shopping centre is 15 mins walk or 5-10 mins by bus. Staples corner 10 mins by bus.

We are looking for a non smoking, professional, considerate person to share with 2 girls and a guy. We are looking for someone friendly and clean. We like to keep the house in good condition so it is very important you are proactive in terms of cleaning up after yourself. We also have a weekly cleaning rota.

The price per week would be £105 per week(£450 per month), all bills are included. This would be on a purely short term basis(less than 6 months as a rough guide).
