Hi!

We've got a double bed room available, for a professional or a full time student. The room is extremely clean (by German standards, not UK standards). The house is secure, quiet, a non-smoking environment and pet free with the benefits of a garden (think of summer BBQ's and lounging in the sun, when we get it in London!). The room has double glassed windows, wooden floors and is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed. The house also benefits form central heating, a very large kitchen, power shower in the bathroom and two toilets.

NOTE:
It is probably the CLEANEST house in London, because we have a live-in facility manager, who takes care of the entire house keeping in the common areas. Essentially, you don't have to lift a finger and are only responsible for your own room!

There is also a basic, but effective gym in the garden for people who like to keep in shape!

The home features a 16MB, super fast, BROADBAND WIRELESS internet connection, with unlimited downloads. Keep in touch with your mates and family for no extra cost as this is INCLUDED in the rent.

Currently we are 3 professionals and a full time student sharing the home.

All three have 9-5 jobs and are looking for someone in the very same situation and who is willing to sign a long term contract!

It's a very pleasant environment with educated, interesting and intelligent people who've been living together for a long while. The home is a great snapshot of multicultural London as between the housemates, there are 10 langauges spoken! These are: English, German, Hungarian, Danish, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Tajik and Russian.

Transport
========
Tube: Victoria Line from Tottenham Hale or Seven Sisters within 5 minutes waking distance and takes you to Oxford Circus in 15min and Victoria Station in 20 min!
National Rail: to Liverpool Street or Stansted Airport
Buses: 149 to London Bridge, 73 to Victoria, 76 Old Street, 476 Waterloo etc...
Night buses are operating from both stations to the city centre - West End, Soho etc.

In sum, it is in a well-connected area of North London and getting anywhere in the city is never a problem!

Shopping
=======
There are plenty of shops within the vicinity. There is the ultra-useful Tesco, a Lidl, Aldi, Iceland and Somerfield's all within walking distance. Burger King and KFC are within a stones throw from the house, for those who are not great in the kitchen! Block Buster and a big Shopping mall provide the other amneties and are within 3-5 minutes from the house, by foot.

Area
===
The home is near the large Lee Valley Park which contains beautiful open spaces, water reservoirs and The River Lee. This is within 7 minutes by foot and perfect for anyone who enjoys walking or running.
There are plenty of very traditional pubs, with river or lake view within a 1 mile radius.
The home is two tube stations away from Upper Street and Highbury & Islington (tube station). It is a hot, hip, and trendy go-out spot with numerous bars, pubs, restaurants, live gig venues, and theatres.

PS: Note that this is NOT a party house! We do like to socialize, have a few drinks, BBQ's and some laughs but normally we cool it after 10pm during the week because we all go to work!
