Cloakroom Attendant

Rex Restaurant Associates which incorporates The Wolseley and St Alban is looking to recruit. These high profile restaurants are owned by Chris Corbin and Jeremy King, previous owner-operators of the world famous Ivy, Le Caprice, and J.Sheekey restaurants.

Working closely with the Reception Team you will meet and greet guests, taking responsibility for checking their coats, bags and any other possessions they do not wish to keep with them, and to return all items to guest in a timely and accurate manner. You will also maintain the correct hygiene standards in the customer toilets and the stairwell.

You will have a responsibility to provide a prompt, unobtrusive and attentive service, while ensuring that the customers dining experience is one to remember.

The role requires some cleaning duties to be carried out before, during and after service in your area. You will be expected to maintain a high customer service focus, have a positive impact taking personal responsibility and initiative in regard to solving problems and communicating with both customers and colleagues. Be a motivated and committed individual, with a flexible attitude towards the changing needs of the job and maintaining a high team focus co-operating and supporting colleagues to achieve department goals. You will need to be fluent in both written and spoken English for this role.

This position will be based at The Wolseley, and will be 35 hours per week working a mix of both day and night shifts, which will include some weekends, offering a rare opportunity to work for market leaders within the hospitality industry.

Proof of eligibility to live and work in the UK will be required.
