The house is 4 mins from Earlsfield station (about 15 mins into Waterloo.)
Rent is £110 per week all in, and covers all modern cons, including wifi internet, insurance and weekly cleaner. This does not include Sky which I don't have; but we could talk about that perhaps.

Pubs, restaurants and supermarkets all within 5 mins walk. Southside shopping centre is about mile down the road. Wimbledon and Clapham Junction are both 5 mins away.

Great place and great location, and obviously great house mate ;)
