I looking for a new position.

I am Italian Chef, with international experience in managing multiple kitchen outlets (up to 25 staff) within 5* luxury hotels, leisure clubs and private chef on board at motor yacht. I am currently seeking my next career opportunity, preferably within the premium star hotel sector,restaurant, private chef or on board. I enjoy working in a multi-cultured environment, hence am open to consider working worldwide for the right opportunity.

I have a consistent culinary background and excel in cuisine creativity (Mediterranean, French, International food); have experience with a la carte, buffet, banquets, wedding, outside catering and exclusive and bespoke events from 10 to1,000 guests. With a strong emphasis on leading from the front and team interactivity, I possess excellent leadership and staff development skills, kitchen management skills and financial budgetary control. I have experience with pre-opening hotels and I welcome the challenges that trouble shooting brings.

Personality wise, I would describe myself as diligent, loyal, committed, self motivated, driven, open minded and a good listener. I have the ability to manage change, manage projects, manage staff and manage myself, whilst also being flexible.
