Our client is currently looking for two Band 4s to pilot a new scheme for their busy hospital in Central London. These positions will be for 6 months with the opportunity to progress within a friendly and supportive team.

These positions are part time, working from Thursday - Monday, one position is working in Medical and one for their Orthopaedics department. Although you will be involved in discharge planning and progressing treatment programmes you will also be required to do some data gathering/data inputting so computer skills are desirable

In order to be considered for these positions you must:

- own a CRB issued within the last 12 months
- have experience in either an Orthopaedics or Medical setting
