They are in a loteamento ( means an area with permission for development, with roads marked out, bus service in place etc) on the edge of a small seaside town. The price is R$4.500 each plot, and each plot has the equivalent of outline planning permission, all are registered and we have the title deeds. The plots vary in size but are all over 450m2 and up to 500m2. Brilliant for building your own small development, a holiday home or just sitting on them for a year or two.
