Our client is a successful housing provider within London and its surrounding counties. They are currently looking to recruit for a Senior Surveyor / Surveying Manager who has previous proven experience managing teams of Surveyor.

The successful candidate must have management skills and an awareness of the role of a Managing Surveyor within an asset maintenance team.

The team that you will be responsible for currently carry out the stock condition surveys, disrepair, statutory notices, EHO work, planning and pre and post inspections of maintenance work including defect diagnosis.

You will be the point of contact and lead for these services, leading form the front and having a hands on approach to the management of these service within the asset team.
It is essential that you have the relevant management experience and be either a member of RICS or CIOB.
This role would suit a Maintenance Manager / Principal or Senior Surveyor that has previously worked for a Local Authority or Housing Association and now feels ready to take on the responsibility of managing a larger team.
