Great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer-focused Call Centre Manager to manage a small intimate Call Centre of 4 people, retailing baby products in catalogues and online. You will also be responsible for organising sales promotions, targets, budgets, and returns authorisation.

Applicants must have previous managing/team leading experience gained within a Call Centre environment. Previous Mail-order/eCommerce experience is also essential, along with a commitment to providing the best customer service at all times. This post is temporary to cover maternity leave for 10-11 months.
