Health Professionals are working together with local authorities to attract high caliber nurses to join a Respiratory Nursing Team. The Respiratory Nursing Team provides services for patients with respiratory (breathing) conditions.

The successful candidate will provide services including:

diagnosis

disease management (medications and healthy lifestyle support)

education

ongoing monitoring

support for patients in both clinic and home settings

The team also provides ongoing developmental support, education and training for local general practices and health care professionals. You will be responding to the needs of patients with respiratory conditions such as Asthma and COPD.

Requirements:

NMC Registered

RGN with experience of COPD and/or respiratory conditions (medical nursing)
