Kung Fu Fitness is a combination of different Kung Fu styles and Bando Kick boxing. Learn self-defence techniques, yoga, boost your self confidence, stress release, lose weight and improve your strength, flexibility and stamina.

Learn practical self defence, how to release from choking, graping, street fights, knife defence techniques, but delivers it in a manner to improve cardiovascular and muscular conditioning as well as developing mental awareness, self-esteem, discipline and confidence.

Kung Fu Fitness self defence techniques are based on individual flexibility with 3E in mind (Easy, Efficient, Effective), thus everyone can defence themselves from an attack.
