Kef 104aB audiophile-grade loudspeakers (Great Studio Monitors)

One pair of vintage/legendary KEF 104aB Reference audiophile-grade loudspeakers. in genuinely excellent condition considering their age, and still sounding amazing. These work well with tube amplifiers !

Please note I can easily sell the rare Kef drivers + crossovers for more than the asking price for these speakers ! But this will 'butcher' the speakers in my view as they are amazingly great condition.

Each Teak veneered cabinet contains a huge magnet Kef B200 Type SP 1054, 8 inch woofer. 3/4 inch mylar dome tweeter that flat out sounds incredible with the upgraded crossovers of these 104aB's.

KEF is reknowned for their superb design of crossover networks that allow the drivers to perform at their absolute best, and within the best range for each driver resulting in excellent power handling.

Both B200 woofers and T27 tweeters are in Mint condition along with the BD139 passive radiators, and this pair of speakers just sound incredible.

Connections are by single banana type binding posts for a secure hook-up.
Superb, smooth sounding, musical, and have full range coverage from 35 hz out to about 27,000 hz.

If I had more room in my house, I'd love to keep these speakers.

They enjoy a cult-like folllowing. Much sought after in the Orient, and the Middle East.
