There are loads of bus routes within 5 min walk and the overground (to Liverpool st) is 10 mins. Chatsworth Rd is the nearest high street and has a number of delicatessen/cafes and grocery shops.

I am looking to live with someone who is friendly, respectful of each other's space, easy going, with a positive outlook and a sense of humour!
