Our client, a well known school in North London, is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic School Business Manager / Bursar to join its Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership in all areas of financial management, will work closely with the Head teacher to secure sources of external funding, grants and bursaries and will have specific responsibility for aspects of personnel including payroll, premises, health and safety, marketing and project management.

It is preferred that candidates have the CSBM and / or DSBM professional qualifications and be a proven leader who is a numerate and literate communicator and who works effectively both leading and supporting teams.

Experience of working within a PFI / BSF environment would be useful and you should also have a track record of working with an education / school environment in the past.
