Tenant Finding Services, Property Management Services and Consultation
Tenant Property Finder/ Management Services.
After a lot of research in the property agencies sector, I have found that property real estate agencies charge a ridiculously high 7%-10% flat fee over the total contractual agreement for their tenant finding services.
For example: 12 months x (£800) rental agreement = £9600.00 x 7% / 100 = £672.00 for the total fee.
If you where to renew the contract with the same tenants after a year, an additional fee of £150.00 is charged. For new tenants it would be a new fee charged again.
I am an Independent Property Manager (not an agency) and am offering a more reasonable one-off flat fee of £400.00 per property with no additional cost for annual renewals or new tenant contracts within the same property.
This fee will be taken from the initial 1st rent payment unless otherwise agreed between both parties, as the deposit will be deposited directly with the Deposit Protection Service.
For full-time management, I charge a small additional fee from the tenants.
The management services I offer inclusively of my flat fee.
