Property management company are looking for a smart reliable General Maintenance man to deal with all basic maintenance in central London properties.

The job will entail working with a maintenance list, and fixing general Maintenance issues in all flats, delivering/ collecting furniture to/from properties, and maintenance of the office.

The person for the job will be punctual, dedicated and proud of their work as well as being presentable. They will also be expected to lead a small team and work to tight deadlines.

Own tools and clean UK driving license a must!

Minimum of 3 Skills below needed

• Experienced plumbing skills (Compulsory)
• General electrical
• Painting and decorating
• Tiling and wood flooring
• Problem finding and solving with maintenance


Working hours are 8.30am-6pm mon-fri 10am-4pm Saturday

Salary depending on experience, trial period to start with.
