Our branches in the retail food and wine sector are recruiting for Managers and Assistant/Trainee Managers in this location.

You will be responsible for building sales. Youwill be maintaining shop operations by implementing the policies and procedures to ensure the shop runs smoothly. As Manager/Assistant Manager you will be setting the standards when it comes to delivering excellent customer service and motivate/assist motivating your staff to do the same. By using your initiative, you will also get to put into practice your creative ideas in order to come up with new ways of being pro-active and enticing customers into the shop.

You will bring with you a track record of playing a role in this position or similar, demonstrating a strong customer focus and commercial awareness and having the ability to manage and motivate a small team.

You will have computer knowledge and merchandising skills (preferred but not essential) and good planning and organisational skills.

Valid visas and work permits are a pre-requisite. Also references are essential.
