We are looking for the right person to fill FULL and PART time positions working with leading international coffee brand concessions within HARRODS and SELFRIDGES. The roles invovle demonstrating and selling the the machines and coffe capsules. This is not a seasonal position.

Your Customer Services Skills must be of an exemplary standard 100% of the time.
In order to give the Ultimate Customer Experience you must be alert at all times proactively acknowledging, approaching and greeting all customers that are within your personal vicinity.
You must understand the relevance of giving the customer the benefits and features of the coffee machines that you are selling and by giving the customer live demonstrations they can fully understand how they work and begin their selection process.
With a great rapport, by asking relevant questions and listening to the answers you can easily steer the customer towards the product best suited to them.
Always ensure that the customers needs are met (even if its only asking for directions somewhere) and that they have an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience with you, looking forward to their return visit.
It is essential that you respect the Store that you are working out of and abide by their rules and regulations. You are there to assist your colleagues if required as well as the customers. Company and Store KPIs must be learned and followed. You will be expected to get a minimum of 85% if mystery shopped.
CERTIFIED OSCAR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, APPROVAL, STORE RULES & REGULATIONS AND PRODUCT TRAINING ARE GIVEN
