A creative writing workshop for new writers looking for a way into the children's publishing market.

Learn the rudiments of writing great fiction and how to create plot structure, develop believable characters and settings. Gain insights into how the industry attracts and retains their authors and illustrators and improve your chances of being picked by an agent.

There will be one to one sessions to review your work in progress and talk through your illustration style.

This one day workshop takes place in a central London location on Saturday 7 November 2009 and costs £50/£30 conc.
