I've recently moved to London from New Zealand and am currently looking for a flat share, preferably within a 15 minute walk of Clapham Junction station where I catch the train to work from.

I've travelled the world and am now looking forward to life in London and all it has to offer. I'm very easy going, tidy without being obsessive, work hard during the week but enjoy going out for a drink on the weekends with friends. I'm looking for a friendly, social household with people in a similar age range - somewhere to live rather than just a room to rent.

I'm after a double size room, preferably part or fully furnished. I'm happy to commit to a longer term tenancy as I plan to be here for a few years, and can move in any time from 28 June onwards.

Ideally I'd like to find a place for £130pw (£520pcm) or less, or thereabouts.
