hi
i'm moving out and leaving a good size double room available to rent in our house


it is just 5min walk from plaistow tube station or 15min from stratford
there's a huge beautiful park 2min walk away too :)

the house comprises of: 3 dbl bedrooms 1 single room living room big kitchen garden and 2 bathrooms


rent is cheap but u'd have to add also around 40-50£ per month in bills
no problems with landlord who i think stays in spain most of the time :)
we keep the house clean by our own cleaning rota system

single room is taken by friendly american student jerry, one of dbl rooms belongs to fun irish chap nigel (the longest resident here) and onother room is promised already to american john - so a girl housemate would be most welcome to create some sort of balance but easy going bloke would suit in here just as great!


oh and there's a deposit to pay i believe sth around 250£
