A fantastic opportunity is available for a confident and energetic Mathematics teacher to join a large friendly department that achieves excellent results across all key stages. The school will welcome applications from experienced teachers whilst also considering NQT’s. (Newly Qualified Teachers)
This oversubscribed mixed comprehensive school is looking to appoint an outstanding classroom practitioner to inspire, motivate and enthuse students in this key area of the school. The school is a very diverse and multicultural environment and you will be expected to teach the full ability range including, EAL, SEN and OXBRIDGE so you must be a detailed planner who can clearly differentiate your teaching to ensure all students can surpass their potential.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly motivated team and teach all key stages although to begin with the timetable will be predominantly KS3 and KS4. There is A level teaching available for a suitably qualified and experienced teacher.
You will be able to build on the current achievements of the curriculum area and continue to raise achievement within the context of imaginative teaching and learning strategies.
You must be a teacher that is passionate about your subject area and is genuinely inspired by young people achieving their goals.
