it has 5 skill capes including: 99 strength, 99 attack, 99 defense, 99 range, 99 hitpoints. it also has 96 magic, 88 summoning, 88 slayer and some other very high skills.
cost/other

if you search the internet you will find that 184mill by itself would be around £368 (about £2 per mill), you will also find that a level 134 combat account with skills that i have to be around £300 without any money. so altogether my account would be worth around £668, but i am selling it for a much cheaper price.
