A girls' school in Berkshire is currently looking for a Design and Technology Technician to support the food and textiles departments.

Applicants will be used to working within a school and its Design and Technology subject environment.

Applicants will be able to work with a variety of materials, which require appropriate handling and application and movement.

You will have direct contact with pupils and will be required to deal with them in a sympathetic manner and you will spend the majority the time standing and undertaking physical activities.

Applicants should have up to date knowledge of relevant health and safety procedure and be able to maintain and order the supply of materials needed within the departments.

A highly organised technician is needed for this part-time role
