Waiting staf and kitchen assistant needed in a fancy Chinese Restaurant
About us:
We are a fancy Chinese restaurant in Chelsea and Kensington area.
• We serve gourmet Chinese cuisine and western desserts to very high standard
• Decorated in antique Chinese style. Our retro decor creates classic and elegant ambiance in Chinese style
Waiting staff
About you:
• We are looking for talented waiters to join our team (part time and full time)
• minimum one year previous experience within fancy restaurant is a must, must be able to work well under pressure.
• the candidate will be charismatic passionate about professional and personable service.
• Further, we require applicants to have a warm, welcoming and outgoing disposition who are able to build a rapport with members and their guests. Ideally you will be passionate in Chinese cuisine and have a good attention to presentation.
Salary dependent on experience.
Kitchen Assistant
Tasks
• Mainly responsible for the fine presentation of dishes
• Assist Chefs to facilitate the work in the kitchen
About you
• Minimum one year previous experience in presenting dishes within fancy restaurant is a must
• Creative and have a good knowledge in presentation
• A taste for visual delicacy is essential
• Previous experience in Pastry will be a absolute advantage
Salary dependent on experience.
