Reaonable sized room (for a single), with desk, chest of drawers, shelves and wardrobe. The room also has use of a very large cupboard on the landing if required. To share house with two professional males (one British and one from Sierra Leone), both mid 30s and one Chinese/Irish female. (early 20s). All are pleasant, quiet, tidy and easy going.

The house has a living room and a nice outdoor space. Quiet road with no parking restrictions. 7-15 minutes walk to East Ham tube station (depending on the time of day, as there is a short cut through Plashet Park, which closes at night) and ten minute walk to N25 night bus.

Non smokers only. Female preferred (to even up the numbers), but men considered. You need to be OK with cats as next door's cats have practically moved in.

Flexible contract. One month minimum stay, no maximum and only two weeks notice. Rent included everything except gas and electricity, which is shared on prepayment meters, and costs between about £4 per week per person at the moment, up to about £10 in the depths of winter.
