1-2 years IT Service Desk experience providing 1st & 2nd Line Support
CompTIA Network+ Certified
Microsoft® Certified Professional
Microsoft® MCSE (desirable)
Microsoft® Server Experience with Exchange & Active Directory
DNS, Networking & Routing
Network Administration & Housekeeping
Firewall and VPN technologies
CISCO Experience (desirable)
Excellent Client Communication Skills
