The food and beverage department is searching for a bar person to provide our guests with their various requirements within our established and ever-popular bar. Coffee, cocktails and champagne are all enjoyed within these busy hotels, serving the local business community, conference delegates, guests and visitors to the hotel. The ideal candidate should have previous bar experience in a premium hotel property. You should be friendly, well presented, flexible and knowledgeable with cocktail preparation.
