Female housemate Needed for double room in Tottenham near Seven sisters, Edmonton, Wood green
We are two young and mature females looking for a new female housemate, one of us is a student and the other a professional. We are both friendly girls but still respect each others privacy.

We are ideally looking for another student but would consider another professional.
The rent for the room is £98 per week.
The room comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe with mirror doors. As this is a split level house there is enough space for everyone to have their privacy.
Bills come to roughly £50 every month with the electric being on a pay as you go meter, we will be getting virgin so you will have to contribute to this as well but this will be discussed. You must be a clean person, not excessively but you cannot be afraid to use a broom.
