The menu is a simple but effective one offering good food at good value .

You must have the appropriate interpersonal skills to deal with a number of different individuals, be energetic, enthusiastic and have the ability to see tasks through to their end.

You must have a good understanding of food safety and have had experience/exposure to a high volume branded kitchen and have some experience with menu planning, stock and ordering, Managing staff would be a bonus.

This role would suit a current Junior Kitchen Manger or pub chef looking for their next challenge.


Your will work week will be varied. your pay will reflect the flexibility for the right person
