We are a small property maintenance company based in W6 and we need a credit controller on a part time basis. We are flexible on the hours with at least 16 hours a week to begin with (could be half or full days etc) The main duties are outlined below:

- Contacting customers to investigate reasons for non payment and general chasing of debts via telephone,letter and e-mail
- Reconciling the accounts with the bank statements

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
• Be fluent in written and spoken English
• at least 3 years experience in a credit control role and stable work history
• Excellent attention to detail
• Customer service skills
• Task focus approach
• Ability to use own initiative and able to cope under pressure
