Hi,

I'm looking for someone to go running with in/around Greenwich (ideally Greenwich Park) about twice a week but I have a confession to make:

I've never been running before so realistically someone in a similar situation would make it easier...the plan would be to start slow and pace ourselves until we've built up strength to go further
