Assistant Manager - Ruislip

£17k-£20k basic + Bonus

We are looking for an assistant manager to work at our busy 5 A Side Complex which includes state of the art outdoor pitches, a fully licenced bar and function room. The position will be a combination of sales and operations with significant responsibility for running the centre and managing and directing a team of full and part time reception, bar, security staff and referees. You will be tasked with driving new business to maximise income at all times. Whilst there are a huge number of incoming enquiries to work with you will be tasked with specific proactive business development with a particular focus on targeting both corporate and individual businesses as well as promoting the centres in both sporting and social circles. The evenings are the busiest times operationally and as such you will have responsibility across all areas of the centre, be responsible for cashing up, closing the centre and dealing with all health and safety issues. The position will involve working a combination of early and late shifts and some weekends.

The role will be ideally suited to an existing duty manager at a leisure or hospitality venue or a senior sales consultant looking for a more varied working environment. We are keen to talk to candidates with prescence, well developed leadership skills, strong administration and customer service skills with an ambition to further their career with the company.
