I have a lovely 2 double bedroom maisonette in a victorian house with sole use of garden and is quiet.
all the rooms are a good size and is painted neutral through out.
the garden is paved.
the kitchen and living room are on the 1st floor and the 2 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom are in the basement.the frot of the house is doubled glazed.
my place is a street property and on royal college st, near transport and shops,
but my street is not that noisey and the neighbours are friendly
I need a 3 or 4 bedroom with out door use as i have a dog and bikes.
I love my place but need to get a larger place due to me and my partner want to move in together with our children.
I would like to be near the northern line as my son goe's to a school in tuffnell park.so anything like highgate,finchley,whetstone,totteridge,barnet,muswell hill,CHINFORD,easy to get to the north circular, or surrounding area's...must be north london,do not want to go central, east or south.... ,dont care if it needs decorating........
