We are a friendly, easy-going, mixed household; our collective interests include festivals, watching DVDs, playing games, poi, juggling and other circus-related activities. We're after a sociable, like-minded, relaiable person that can pay their rent regularly. We are a smoking household, but welcome smokers and non-smokers alike.

The single room is recently decorated and clean. It has a single bed, and some furniture.

We have unlimited broadband internet set up and ready for you to use!

The house has central heating, fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine and a huge loft for storage.

There is parking available outside the house, and we're a 13 minute walk from Finchley Central tube station (on the Northern Line - the fastest one). You can catch an 82 or a 460 from the stop at bottom of the road (30 seconds from the front door) - the 82 will take you all the way into central London, and the N13 will bring you back again at any hour of the night.

We have a large private garden with an organic vegetable patch where we grow our own vegetables and herbs. The house has a large, cosy shared living room. There is no TV transmitted to the house, but we have massive DVD collection and wide screen telly with surround sound.

What else? The price is INCLUSIVE of Council Tax. We're really nice.
