Found Black Cat with missing fur on neck and stitches on neck

We found a very nice but scared and very very hungry black cat on our doorstep in Forest Hill. He has a very loud meow (a low sound), he has short black fur, is missing fur on his neck and on his leg and appears to have stitches of some kind on his neck. He also seems to be missing a tooth. He is a nice cat and hopefully we can return him to his owners.
