I have a 3 bed maisonette G/F with sole use of our back garden, we have parking spaces out side the door and are very close to shops, transport and schools. We have lovely neighbours and have been very happy here for 12 yrs. We have 2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller room our living room is large and we have a galley kitchen which is fully fitted, the house is laminate floor throughout. We have sole use of the front door.
We require either a 2 bed house Chelsea, fulham, richmond areas, please note this is to complete a 3 way swap, we only require a house, no conversions or flats please.

We will also concider a straight swap with and large 3 or ideally 4 bedroom property.
