London flatshare - double rooms - south
Large room near river, sky , cleaner, 16Mb wireless, free telephone, all incusive (£450 pcm)
We've got a nice room for a non-smoking women to rent in a modern, clean house in King Henry's Wharf/ Harlinger Street on the waterside between Charlton and Woolwich.
It's the main bedroom, about 15 x 15 and has a double bed, 7 door fitted wardrobe, set of draws, desk, chair. With pale walls and two windows the room is nice and light.
The house has a living room with seating for 5 people, big TV, SKY+ HD, surround sound, etc.
There's a large kitchen with two fridge/freezers (so you get half of one) double electric oven, 5 burner gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc as well as another TV and Sky+ box.
There are two bathrooms, both with baths/showers/toilets/sinks. You'd be sharing a bathroom with one other women.
The house has lots of room for storage and there's room in the garage for a bike if you have one (where we also have an Concept 2 rowing machine and exercise bike set up so you can give up your gym membership!). Speaking of gyms, the local fitspace gym is only £20 a month and a short jog away!
Outside there's a garden with large section of decking and patio furniture/BBQ etc.
There's plenty of off street parking if you have a car/motorbike and if you want a garage you can often rent them.
The rent is fully inclusive including ...
Cleaner that comes once a week for 3 hours to clean the communal areas.
Free 24/7 UK landline calls and free international calls to 20 countries.
16Mb unmetered wireless internet/ADSL Sky+ HD with a full world package (i.e. every channel) and another Sky+ box in kitchen.
We have free DVD rentals so if there's anything you want to see just ask!
Commute wise, most people get one of the buses to North Greenwich tube station (home of the O2/Dome) for the Jubilee Line and then it's 1 stop to Canary Wharf (you only need a zone 2 card for this) and then 19 minutes to Bond Street (passing through London Bridge, Waterloo, Westminster, Green Park, etc). Nearest train station is 7 minutes walk away (Woolwich Dockyard) to London Bridge, Charing Cross (via Greenwich) or now you can get the DLR from Woolwich into Bank for the Central Line. Going the other way on the bus will take you to Queen Elizabeth Hospital on the 161 or onto Abbey Wood.
You'd be sharing the house with 3 others (1M, 2F working for BBC/Medic/Teacher) and we are looking for youngish female professional. Sorry, no couples or smokers.
Cheers Jason
