I am looking for a friendly bunch of people/ individuals to do some sports regularly.

Type: fairly fit. Fairly meaning not ready for Olympics but atlethic build. I want to exercise regularly again to match my stamina with my build, yep! :-)

No gym offers please. Instead Sportsclub/Group/Individuals to play some ball game. Or whatever. Not to win the Olympics. But for exercise and social fun

Ideally South East London. But if it's a great bunch I'd commute for miles. Promise! :-)
