We are looking for a nice flatmate to share a Edwardian House in very good conditions, 1 min walk from Finsbury Park tube station.

The room itself is furnished, has a double bed and is available on the 21st of June.(we are no agency).
The flat is clean and has washing machine, cooking facilities, internet connection and is situated in a nice street, close to shops, Tesco, Lidl, pubs and restaurants and a Library.

There is a main bathroom (with toilet, bath/shower), and a second
washroom (toilet & sink)-as shown with the pictures-.
No lounge is available.

The price :
* £540/pcm
* fully inclusive of all bills ( Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, TV License, High speed Internet, phone line rental) and the cleaning products are inclusive as well (detergents, etc.).)
* 1 month deposit and one month rent in advance
* Minimum 6 months contract but this can be discussed at the time of interviews.
* All rooms are only for one person per room. i.e. no couples/sharing

As in a co-operative, each flatmate has the responsibility to clean a part of the communal areas of the flat on a weekly rota basis.

Excellent transport links. 1 min from Finsbury Park Station (Piccadilly Line, Victoria Line and National Rail), 20 mins from Victoria Station.
11 Bus stops are 1 min away walking and King’s Cross train station is 5 mins away by train. For shopping and for Bars, Restaurants, Cinema etc.
Islington High Street is 10 mins away.
There is a new Lidl (5 min walk), a free library and a large Tesco (10 mins walk).
