Hi, we're looking for a professional female to share a great 3 bedroom non-smoking house in Leyton. 3 month lease initially, with the possibility of a lease extension. Bills included.

The room:
Double bedroom is fully furnished with a wardrobe, bed, mattress, chest of draws and side table.

The house:
It's a 3 bedroom house with a lounge area, garden, bathroom with bath and separate shower room. House has all mod cons including a washing machine/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, virgin Media satellite tv with 150 channels, large screen TV, DVD, wireless broadband internet available 24 hours and phone landline.

About the housemates:
You'd be sharing this the house with 2 professional women (1 x Australian Operations Manager working in the Media industry and 1 x French woman who works in the hotel industry). We are both very friendly and hoping to find a like minded person to share the house.

Transport:
The house is 10 mins walk to Leyton tube zone 3 on the central line (20 minutes ride to Oxford Circus) and 2 minute walk to Leyton Midland on the Overground rail service (Barking/Hampstead Heath line). There is a bus stop across the road which services the 97 and 69 routes. The 69 bus is a night bus which goes from central london to outside the house 24 hours per day.

Local amenities:
The house is close to Asda, Tesco, Fitness First gym, Next clothes shop, TK Maxx, Curry's and there's a fab beauty salon called Essence of Beauty just around the corner - http://www.eob-london.co.uk
