About Nexus

Nexus is a successful London based luxury adult toy brand backed and owned by a well-known leader in the logistics industry.

Launched just three years ago, Nexus began to take profits in its eighth month of the first year. Since then it has gone from strength to strength now boasting 23 innovative toys in the range, all of which Nexus design, manufacture and distribute internationally.

About the Role

Predominantly a sales role, you will be required to call clients based all over the world, from boutique shops owners to wholesalers, to promote and sell the ever-expanding Nexus Range of adult toys. You will also be required to be involved in the company and going to our exhibitions in Germany, America, France and Australia every year.

Lead sourcing new clients will be a large part of the role, as will maintaining good relationships with existing clients. We also have a very healthy influx of new business via pro-active advertising in trade press. Most of the hard work in pushing the Nexus brand has been done already and it is mostly a collection role – so no hard-selling needed.

You will be set monthly minimum targets.

So what do we need?

Nexus need a highly driven sales person to join the team. The nature of the adult industry means that a certain type of sales person is required to drive business forward. Aggressive sale techniques and a purely a one-month target mentality will not do well because in the adult industry charisma and personality are more important.

The right candidate will have:

- A good degree with English as their first language
- A great personality and a very sociable individual that will fit well in the team
- At least a year’s experience in either media or b2b sales
- An interest in branding and pushing a brand to become famous
- An excellent phone manner and also enjoys talking on the phone.
- A willingness to contribute in more than just sales but design, branding and most of the other parts of the company.

Basic Salary and Commission

Basic: £26,000
OTE in the first year: £60,000
