My flat is housing assoc & has it's own front door in convert hse, and has recently been decorated, large kitchen that fits a table & chairs for 6 which is also on waiting list for a fitted kitchen, this is a large 2 bed and both bedrooms would be considered doubles, GCH, double glazed, our garden as 2 parts, patio on the lower level that you enter from the kitchen and upper green, a large 6x8 ft shed has electricity and lights, we use this as extra utility space i.e. dryer, fridge freezer etc I would consider leaving this for the next tenants for the right property. My property is close to local shops, transport & doctors, the area has very good schools. Richmond Park & the river are only a 10 min walk away, great local play parks for the kids, this is a very sort after area & I only need to move due to family size & only wish I could magic a 3rd bedroom on to property. This a great property for a family that needs to downside or you need a smaller place due to health reasons. I love the area so would only move for the right kind on property.

I am looking for a 3+ bedroom house but will look at other types of 3+ bed properties, must be ground floor and have a private garden, GCH, bonuses would be a dinning room & or RTB, NO ESTATES or BLOCKS of FLATS Plz, I would be leaving a very nice and sort after area so I am looking for a nice area with good facilities and schools.

Areas I would look at :East Sheen, North Sheen, Richmond, Chiswick, Barnes, Putney, Twickenham, Whitton, Ham & Isleworth, other areas maybe considered but not outside of London or SE thxs
