Customer Service Administrator Wanted In Slough

Duties:

- Sales Support - Generating business and booking moves by phone and email.

- Managing an online diary.

- Handling bookings and scheduling jobs.

- Assisting with all areas of operation and customer service

- We provide plumbing, Gas services, Home information packs and energy performance certificates.

Requirements:

- The ideal candidate will need to have experience within an Administration environment, and have Customer Service Experience.

- Excellent Communication skills are required along with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

- Must have an excellent phone manner - friendly and articulate.

- Must have a valid working Visa.

Full training if needed will be provided....Very comfortable and friendly environment.

The start date is ASAP.

Full time position, 5 day week
