A Science Technician is required to work at a Secondary school in central/south east London. Duties will include assisting the department in lesson preparation, assisting students and preparing materials including chemicals. This position does not require someone with previous school experience although this would be an advantage. The successful person will have experience of working in a laboratory and sound scientific knowledge. There is a teacher is the room so you will not be required to teach the class, only assisting with and preparing lessons.

Requirements:
-You must have the necessary experience to work within a science lab/classroom;

-While experience working with children is not essential, it would be a bonus;
-
-You will be required to carry out a Enhanced CRB at the cost of £36 (we will assist with this);

-If from outside the UK, you will need to get a police check from your home country;

-We will need to obtain two years of references and require a CV covering the last 5 years;
